2. Cookies and Local Storage Explained

The video on the home page is hosted on this site’s servers, with no embedded players from external platforms, so playing it triggers no third-party cookies.
5. Links to YouTube
The video testimonials are external links to YouTube that open in a new tab. This site does not embed those videos, so YouTube sets no cookies while you browse our pages. Once you click through to YouTube, that platform’s terms of service and cookie policy apply; they are separate from this site.
6. Forms and WhatsApp
The contact and information session forms use no cookies. The details a visitor chooses to provide (name, email address and phone number) are sent to the Group’s customer relationship management (CRM) system for the sole purpose of handling the request, as described in the legal notice and the applicable terms. The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app or website, which is governed by its terms and policies.
7. Why This Site Shows No Consent Banner
Cookie regulations require consent for storage technologies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics or advertising. The local storage this site uses is purely technical and is limited to keeping functional preferences requested by the visitor (visual theme and interface state). It therefore falls within the exemption for storage strictly necessary to provide the service the visitor asks for, which is why no consent banner is required.
8. Managing or Deleting Local Storage
You can delete this site’s local storage at any time from your browser settings, under site data or cookies and stored data. You can also browse in private mode, in which case the browser discards this data when the session ends. The effect of deleting it is minor: the site will forget your chosen theme and interface preferences and will return to its default settings on your next visit.
