We build in the Philippines what others only show in a render

Land of Nomads is a development group founded in 2023, building eco-villas and eco-apartments in the Philippines: 368 villas in San Fernando (Camarines Sur) and 231 apartments in El Nido (Palawan).

Our model is direct from start to finish. You finance it in installments with us, with no bank and no mortgage. Each 99-year use right is registered in its holder’s name. And when the unit isn’t in use, our local team operates it within a pooled rental system, so it keeps generating income without anyone having to manage it.

Hundreds of leaseholders have already joined.

Three things you can check before you take our word for it

1

A builder with 60 years on the ground

Our projects are built by one of the five largest builders in the Philippines, founded in 1962. This isn’t a developer that just showed up and is learning on your home: it’s more than six decades of construction work in the country.

2

Current licenses, in plain sight

Tax registration (BIR), corporate registration (SEC), contractor’s license and business permit, all current. The paperwork is shown on the call and your own advisor can review it.

3

A registered 99-year leasehold

Your right doesn’t live in a handshake: it lives in a contract registered with the Philippine registry, in your name, over a specific unit with its own lot and floor plan.

Real construction, real progress

Super Adobe 2.0: earth, technique and less marketing gloss

The units are built with Super Adobe 2.0, an earth-bag construction technique that gives natural seismic insulation. They come with double-glazed windows, solar panels, a desalination plant and water tanks. And since green adjectives have been worn out from overuse, we’d rather take a different route: tell you the material, the system and the figure, and let you form your own judgment.

Ask us the hard questions

Licenses, construction, contract, numbers: that’s what the call is for. Bring the question you wouldn’t dare ask a salesperson.
