What happens on the call?
First, your questions: your situation, your horizon and what you want to get out of this. Then, real numbers on a shared screen: price per unit, payment schedule, income assumptions and the contract. You leave with the numbers in writing, the sample contract and clear next steps. If the product isn’t a fit for you, we’ll tell you right there.
Who takes the call?
Someone from the Land of Nomads sales team, in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. They know both projects, the pricing table by heart and the contract clause by clause. If your question is legal or construction-related, the relevant person joins that call or a follow-up one.
What should I prepare?
Nothing is mandatory, but two things help: having looked at the numbers for the project you’re interested in, and bringing your questions written down, including the uncomfortable ones. If you already know your time horizon and the payment range you’re comfortable with, the call is worth twice as much.
